Seedance / Seedream API (ByteDance) on Crazyrouter

ByteDance sells these through Volcengine, which needs a Chinese business account. Crazyrouter routes Seedance 2.0 (the current best text-to-video model on our samples) and Seedream 5.0 with card and Alipay payment; video is billed per second of output and the model pages show real clips with their measured cost.
